Clicking on Orders menu at the left menu bar or All Orders in the middle of dashboard page take you to the order management page.
This page will show orders from all your added channels.
Below are the list of features you can use to manage imported orders.
1. View Orders Details
Click on Eye icon in front of any order to view the details of that particular order.
2. Add/Confirm Shipment
Click on Confirm Shipment button in front of any order for which you want to add shipment details.
It will open a popup as shown in below screenshot. Fill the shipping details of the order here and click on Submit button.
3. View Shipment Details
Click on View Shipment Details button in front of any order for which you want to add shipment details.
It will open a popup showing shipping details of this order.
4. Cancel Order
Click on Cross icon in front of any order to cancel that particular order.
