Below are our recommended steps to go live with your SKUBubble account setup.
Step 1: Signup for your SKUBubble account
Visit our official website https://www.skububble.com and click on START FREE TRIAL.
Fill the registration form and clicking on REGISTER button will create your SKUBubble account.
Step 2: Connect all of your Sales Channels
Connect all of your sales channels accounts with the SKUBubble.
Follow the step by step detailed instructions at https://infoshorehelp.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/44001008403-how-to-connect-a-new-channel to know how to connect different sales channels.
Currently the software supports channels - eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Jet, Etsy, Shopify, Big Commerce and Woo Commerce.
Please note that it is not mandatory to add all channels at this step, you can add new channel at any time.
Step 3: Import listings from Sales Channels
If added channels already have some listings active and you want to import them to the Software, follow the below steps:
Clicking on Channels -> All Channels menu at the left menu bar or All Channels in the middle of dashboard page take you to the channel management page showing all of your added channels in the SKUBubble
Clicking on Import Products link for any added channel will initiate the downloading of listings from that channel. If it found any new listings which are not yet available in the software, will be added as unmapped listings.
Step 4: Build SKUBubble products
Once all initial sales channels are added in the Software, the next step would be to build your products in the SKUBubble system.
You can use any of the below method to add products.
- Manually add a new product – You can use this method to add one product at a time by enter product details manually. Click here for the detailed instructions.
- Import products using bulk import method – You can use this method to add products in bulk using CSV file import method. Click here for the detailed instructions.
- Create products from Unmapped listings – You can create products from Unmapped listings imported from different sales channels added. Click here for the detailed instructions.
Step 5: Link Unmapped listings imported from all of your added channels
You may have some of your products already listed on multiple sales channels. So in this case you must link them with the created SKUBubble products so they can start syncing with the SKUBubble.

Step 6: Push products to the added sales channels
If some of the products are not available of any sales channels, you can publish them to the channels directly from SKUBubble.

Step 7: Enable Inventory Sync
Now you can verify quantities of all products in SKUBubble software and then enable the inventory sync.
Once you follow all the above steps, you can start managing everything from SKUBubble.
